Alertizen - The Campus Watch
In partnership with local law enforcement, Alertizen lets you know when a possible crime is occurring in your neighborhood or around you by sending you a notification so you can stay out of harm's way and become the eyes and ears of the police.
Initially available for the University of Toledo campus, you can simply set up to 3 monitoring areas of each of the campuses! Alertizen then goes to work monitoring those areas for you. When a 911 call of a possible crime is reported within one of your set areas, Alertizen will send you a notification with the type of crime reported and the location. The mission of Alertizen is to Keep People Safe and Out of Harm’s Way and Create Engaged and Vigilant Neighborhoods to assist the Police Department.
Your police department also uses Alertizen to send you important and timely information related to your neighborhood to keep you safe and informed.
