Scientific app to Mind-Wandering

The Mind-Wandering app is part of a research project in order to primarily examine the effects of different types of daydreaming for well-being. In addition, the aim of this investigation is to determine factors that influence a possible connection in order to ultimately develop an intervention app based on the results in order to assist our well-being in the long term. As such, the Mind-Wandering app is therefore primarily used for scientific purposes. In addition to the contribution to the promotion of science, the participants should benefit from constantly updated and individual statistics in order to view the course of their well -being, among other things. The app corresponds to the scientific guidelines - a declaration of consent (Informed Consent) is used. Furthermore, the data collected are used exclusively for scientific analysis. The data of our participants are anonymous, are treated strictly and not passed on to third parties.
