Software for Android 3.1 and higher for diagnosing Russian-made domestic cars using ECU protocols, using ELM 327 Bluetooth or Wi-Fi adapters, USB ELM 327 or K-Line, USB K+CAN Commander v1.4.
Ability to work with files on computers and Android devices is a MUST!
ELM The program is focused on original ELM327 chips https:// www.elmelectronics.com. Not all Chinese adapters support the full functionality of the original ELM327. Therefore, if OpenDiag does not connect to the ECU, there is no need to “kick” it with other programs that connect. They communicate with the ECU using the OBD-II standard. OpenDiag communicates via the ECU protocol and requires the full functionality of the original ELM327. The OBD-II standard is supported by the program in its simplest form, select the OBD-II unit and connect!
USB USB adapters require USB-Host support on your smartphone or tablet.
Supported USB adapter chips (tested): FTDI (FT232RL), WCH (CH340), Prolific (PL2303), Silicon Labs (CP2102, speed override required https://chiptuner.ru/content/pub_20/).
