Skjoldungesti 's are hiking routes that are on the terms of nature, all of which pass through Gl. Lejre. A total of 40 km of hiking routes through the beautiful nature and cultural landscape.

According to the legends, the old camps were home to the mighty royal genus Skjoldungerne. The trails are named after these kings, just as Roskilde has a name for one of the Skjoldunge Kings: Roar.
Skjoldungesti 's application shows:
- The route: The hiking route on map
- Facilities: Parking spaces, toilets and primitive accommodation options
- Sights: Exciting places in nature, places of visit, museums, galleries and cultural traces in the landscape
- Narrative: Hear Rune T. Kidde tell about the sights of the route
Skjoldungesti Ernes application saves the route and sights on the phone.
