Glacial Grotto is located at the top of Northern Expedition Island (19987, 1042, 5743) . You must head toward the Northern Expedition island and go through the green portal to get there.

1. Once here, buy some oxygen tanks.
2. Equip the Winter Cloak to ensure your character doesn't freeze to death or run out of oxygen while climbing the mountain.
3. You can warm yourself at a campfire if you can't afford a cloak.
4. If you are low on oxygen, there are refilling stations along the way where you can fill up your tank.
5. Climb toward the second base camp, Overgrowth Caves , and walk past the big tent on the right.
6. Follow the path, and you will soon be at Cryogenic Canal. You may have to use your glider on some of the trails.

Keep climbing, and you'll soon be at Glacial Grotto. Here, you can get the Heavens Rod after completing a puzzle and paying C$1,750,000, the Advanced Oxygen Tank for C$25,000, and the Advanced Glider for C$2,500 from a hiker sitting near one of the tents.

You can also fish at Glacial Grotto , but you must go to the bottom of the cave. The entrance of the cave is at (20000, 1042, 5717). To find it, head down two ladders, and on the way to the third one, you should see an opening next to a bush on the right. Go through the same and jump down to fish.
