The first one is tapping the screen to make your gun aim at the target. At the same time, the gun fires at the target. The second one is using the gravity sensor to control the aim. Then, you need to touch the “shoot” button as quickly as possible to fire at the target. Otherwise, the duck will fly away and you will miss it.

You have three bullets. If you run out of them and when it is reloading, then, you touch the screen that will not fire.
