This is one of those well versed traditional Mancala games (Board Game). This game is called as Vamana Guntalu in Telugu, Pallankuli/Pallankuzhi in Tamil which has many different names and played across the world.
This game is played by 2 players with a board(wooden) having 14 pits. The layout contains 7 pits with 7 counters(seeds) in each on either side of the board.
This game is played using pebbles, seeds or cowry shells.
A Player is said to be winner who has more number of counters adding the seeds won and the seeds remaining in the pits(stores).
