A boy is getting the best shape of body by doing funny workout. This game includes different workout activities like Energy Meal, Workout Exercise, Yoga, Dress-up, Medical Treatment, and mini-games in play areas.
Have you ever think of getting good muscles along with fun. Its time for fitness, do workout with fun, i.e. have workout and fun together.
Activities on Workout Fun Day:
Take a start by having energy meal. Instead of taking food supplement eat real food for real energy. Eat all you can eat, considering that eating will give you energy after all. Perform exercise after the meal but there must be a gap of few hours between energy meal and workout exercise.
Perform variety of fitness exercises and do yoga also in the end. Yoga section also have variety of activities, you much have passion and stamina for doing all the yoga activities. Drink water between yoga will increase your fitness.
If a kid get injured during workout exercise then apply first aid treatment like giving injection with pill, applying plaster on injury area etc.
Select your favorite dress for workout. In this game dress-up section have may outfits those are suitable for workout activities. Try different different from the wardrobe and wear the matching accessories.
In the end have fun in doing sports activities in play area. Play with basket ball, tennis, football..etc. Sports polish your workout fitness activities.
